Our Podarochnaya can is manufactured from top quality Pink salmon roe. Prized for its medium-sized, well-formed, brightly colored grains, our cured pink roe is the top notch chilled caviar. Harvested every summer in the cold and unpolluted waters of south-east Alaska, pink salmon caviar, from a delicatessen popular mostly in Russia and Japan, has gradually become a highly sought after seafood treat both in Europe and US. The taste is pure, classic red caviar palate, somewhat reminiscent of chum caviar. This caviar makes a perfect embellishment for a banquet table. Ingredients: Pink Salmon Roe, Salt, Sorbic Acid.
